Avory Allmand

I’m Avory - the one behind the lens! I’ve created this site to showcase my photography as well as blog about my adventures. I moved to Colorado almost 3 years ago now from Michigan, the only other place I’ve ever called home. After moving across the country alone with zero plans, everything worked out for me to quickly plant my roots at the foothills of the Rocky Mountains.

In the summer I can be found hiking, camping, dirt biking, climbing, etc. - basically anything outside. I travel rather frequently whether it’s road-tripping or flying somewhere for the weekend, but I do typically spend a few weeks traveling abroad each year. In traveling, I think we all tend to come across some very interesting people and places… so I’d also like to share my experiences/tips on this blog.

I currently reside in beautiful Boulder, but I’ll travel just about anywhere for an adventure and some photos! I consider my style to be vibrant and inspired by nature a lot of the time, however, I love shooting just about anywhere that’s interesting. If you have a cool vision, be it specific or very broad, I’d love to help you bring that to life. I love finding hidden gems/interesting spots in the mountains AND the city.
